"Care Connection"
is the free interactive service
now available to
dementia caregivers nationwide.






"Care Connection"
links up to 150 caregivers
on the telephone
for one hour at a time.





Care Connection is a free dementia-specific
teleconferencing service.
Each week, caregivers can join up to 150 people
to learn, listen and participate.

Participation is voluntary and one can partake to their individual comfort level.

"Care Connection" is held live
the first and fourth Thursdays at 9 pm EST.

Callers can listen to prerecorded sessions on
the second Thursday at 6 pm EST
and on the third Thursday at 12 pm EST.

Part support group, part educational, the sessions are a mix of coaching and guest speakers with plenty of free minutes for Q&A's and sharing.

The program is a strategic alliance between the Alzheimer's Foundation of America (AFA) and Dr. Jamie Rotnofsky, "Ask Jamie" a psychologist and professional life coach who is hosting the teleconferences.
